I`m not sure how to respond to this. I can tell you that your best results will be by eating healthy, doing at least an hour of cardio a day and getting enough sleep. I can tell you that you don`t choose to `get into disordered eating`.
There`s a difference between having self control and not binge-eating all the time, and self control that leads to restriction and starvation. I can`t give you `tips`, because that would make me a hypocrite. Use common sense, and lose weight the healthy way if you absolutely feel that you should (chances are though, that you probably don`t need to lose weight).
