Okay, first of all, I LOVE Miracle Noodles. They are ZERO calories. They have totaly saved my life - I can have noodles without the calories! It’s freaking unbelievable.

They’re made with water and soluble fiber, so not only is it a “free food”, it’s also good for you. Everyone should get these :)
I’ve had them for about a week, so I’ll be posting the different recipes that I tried them with.
RECIPE 1:
1 package Miracle noodles = 0
2/3 cup of l’Ortolano Wild Mushroom Cabernet Sauce = 60
2 cups sliced white mushrooms = 30
This makes 2 large bowls of tasty noodly goodness! So about 45 calories per serving! The noodles smell a little fishy out of the bag, but once you rinse them well and stick them in a sauce, they don’t taste like anything.
RECIPE 2:
I’ll be trying this one out tonight! I LOVE Alfredo sauce, and that was my one downfall for weight gain. Regular Alfredo sauce + pasta cal be more than 800 cals in a restaurant!!
Low fat Low Cal Alfredo Sauce recipe: Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1tbsp. margarine
1/4cup flour
1tsp. salt
1pinch nutmeg
3cups skim milk
1/4tsp. pepper
1tbsp. chopped parsley
1tsp. minced garlic
Directions
Calories = 79 per serving
So Miracle Noodles + Low Fat Low Cal Afredo sauce = 79 calories per serving :)
